1. Who we are
MkulimaOS is operated by SpideyInc Limited, a company registered in Kenya. When we say “we,” “us,” or “MkulimaOS,” we mean SpideyInc Limited.
2. What we collect
- Account data: your name, email, phone number, and the name of the farm you manage.
- Operational data: tasks, workforce records, agronomic notes, financial entries, and files you upload. This is your farm's data.
- Technical data: logs needed to operate the service (IP addresses, device type, error traces).
3. How we use it
- To run the service you pay for.
- To prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and keep the platform secure.
- To improve MkulimaOS — aggregated and anonymised only.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train external AI models.
4. Who can see your data
Each farm's data is isolated per tenant. Only members of your farm (and, on request, our on-call support engineer during an incident) can access it. Payment data is handled by Paystack and M-Pesa — we never see full card numbers.
5. Your rights
You can export your farm's data at any time from Settings → Data export. You can delete your account and all associated data by emailing privacy@spideyinc.com — we action deletions within 30 days.
6. Retention
We keep active account data for as long as you are a paying customer. After cancellation we retain backups for 90 days in case you return, then permanently delete.
7. International transfers
MkulimaOS runs on infrastructure in Europe (Vercel / Railway). By using the service you consent to your data being processed there.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we'll email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect.
